This will be suitable for users that are planning to exceed 800hp. With the upgraded billet main caps, you will exceed the limits of the cast iron block before the caps will fail. This Stage 2 short block will handle 1000hp+ with ease.

Please upgrade to BC HD ARP625 for power range of 1200-1500hp. Turbo Tuff 625 Rods and stronger Diamond REBEL pistons recommended for 1500whp+. ARP 625 Main Stud kit for exceeding 1400hp. Please email us if you need more piston/rod options.

• Machined on Rottler CNC Block Machine.
• Honed w/ Torque Plate on Rottler H85AX State of the art cylinder hone with diamond superfinish!
• Billet Main Caps Line Bored and then line honed w/ ARP Main Studs.
• Block, oil galleys, and all components are deep cleaned prior to assembly.
• Toyota OEM Forged Steel Crankshaft balanced to .1g and then microplished.
• Block resurfaced on high speed Rottler S85A CNC Resurfacer with CBN Superfinish.
• Blueprinted and bearing clearances adjusted to power level specifications.
• Diamond Racing Performance HD Pistons (we may substitute out for Wiseco HD or CP HD Pistons depending on inventory. These pistons will handle the same power level) or upgrade to the big boy Diamond REBEL Series pistons for 1400hp+
• Upgraded TREND H13 Tool Steel Wrist pin .225” wall
• Brian Crower HD Rods w/ ARP 2000 Rods Bolts (*Upgrade Available)
• King XP Race Series Bearings.
